During my internship as a Data Analyst, I gained hands-on experience in transforming raw data into actionable insights that supported strategic decision-making. I designed and optimized analytics datamarts to enable deeper understanding of customer behavior and transaction ecosystems. Leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), I built classification models that achieved 98% accuracy in identifying counterparties, significantly improving data organization and analytical precision. In addition, I developed and evaluated various time series forecasting models, achieving a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 11.68%, which contributed to more reliable operational planning and performance monitoring. My work also involved conducting transaction and merchant trend analyses to uncover opportunities for customer acquisition and business growth. To ensure the quality and usability of insights, I cleaned, standardized, and structured large-scale datasets, maintaining data integrity across teams. Throughout the internship, I collaborated closely with stakeholders, translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that informed business strategies and decision-making.
